Autonomy - I was able to work on projects at my own pace and decide, or at least make my case, for how a project or feature was designed. Support - Supervisors would always make time to assist in problem solving or working through concepts. Your voice matters - My opinions and thoughts on how to move forward with projects were always taken into account.
Cons
Slow to upgrade technologies. However, strides are being made in moving to newer versions and modern frameworks.
