Pros

It is hard to count any positive point while working with this company. Only positive thing is good project which these people are unable to manage properly

Cons

1. Senior management is a big deal. For them employees are machines who don't have family and friends 2. Long working hours. 3. Management has nothing to do with employee morale. Not good for female employees. Female employees are asked to stay late and they don't provide cab facility.....pathetic !!!! 4. No recognition for the work done by employee. Company is filled with people doing dirty politics specially in testing team. I was a part of testing team in that company and everybody knows who plays all bad games in testing team. 5. Incompetent test leads who don't have confidence on them and feel staying late will improve there team's performance. 6. Employees are not even informed that what higher management is deciding for them. Employees come next morning to office and they are in another project....terrible !!!!! 7. No team building activity. 8. Some employees in testing team are over protected by there lead. Reason of over protecting is still unknown to me. They do blunders in project and easily come out of it. While for some other employees it is hard to survive. Their smallest mistake may take toll of their job. 9. They know all the ways to deduct salary but overtime pay for late stay is not in their books. 10. I will not suggest anybody specially females to be part of that company

Pros

I don't see a any pros to this company.

Cons

The workplace suffers from biased, authoritarian management and an entirely unresponsive HR department. Compounding these leadership issues are severe payroll violations, including delayed compensation and inaccurate, underpaid salaries.
