Pros

Highly talented people, who are passionate about teamwork and success. A great learning and growth environment. Recognition, rewards and customer focus are also very important aspects of the culture.

Cons

It felt overly driven by concepts of integrity and courage, which changed the atmosphere of the culture into one of "being evaluated and tested" to see if you could fit in. This new emphasis shifted the focus of the company from desiring to improve and do well, to must improve and fit in. Militant attitude?

Pros

I feel like they always try to do the right thing. That doesn't mean they are mistake free but can be challenged if they are doing something wrong. The people are all great to work with too. The company went completely virtual about 18 months ago and while it was difficult to transition to for some I love working from home or the customers site now.

Cons

The size of the company can create venerability. Some projects are hard to win because of perceived risk and when projects end it's difficult to have another project perfectly lined up to start.

Pros

In reviewing the comments from previous posters, I think it's important to note that the senior management issues that occurred in 2010 and part of 2011 have been completely addressed from my perspective. The management team has been replaced with more experienced and principled persons from the PLM industry. Great vision and success in helping medical device companies and building innovative technologies. Travel requirements are very reasonable for a consulting company. CEO is especially driven, yet thoughtful, caring and constantly looks for ways to improve himself.

Cons

Need to spend more time on personnel development and education. Coffee could be a little better but Keg is a great addition
