This is not true. This is a very fair organization, that always believes in values like equality, open culture, growth opportunities for everyone, employees first, and a clean and friendly culture. We offer internal platforms for feedback like One to One with Management, Open Door Policy, Anonymous Feedback, Open Forums, etc. internal platforms. You must leverage the same and discuss your concerns with HR and Management instead of doing such things.
