      Pros

      Offers great flexibility on working hours, very talented group of people.

      Cons

      Company has no focus and is unpredictable. Prioritizes seniority over value and skills that you bring to the table. Opportunities are handed to more senior staff first regardless of capabilities, so if you are new, you are always in danger of losing your job. Does massive hiring only to do layoffs months later.

      Must be self-directed and self-motivated to be successful.

      Thanks for the positive review. You are correct, Integro is best for people that not only don't need but don't appreciate micro-managing and directing. Self-directed and self-motivated people find this environment to be a positive.

      You get to detail cars that’s it

      Cons

      The pay isn’t worth the work you do If you miss just one day, it’s a problem for them They pick poor management They hire you and let you start working before your drug test and background check comes back which I’ve never heard of before and then they fire you when they don’t like what they see
