      Great purpose Competitive Pay Good benefits Work from home flexibility

      -Leadership is clueless -Marketing heavily relies on LinkedIn, and fabricate their tombstones of “done deals -Integro360, their main “differentiator”, isn’t fully functioning since inception -Significant turnover, over 100% -Useless weekly and bi weekly meetings, and it has decreased employee morale with mgt being cruel to employees -More than half of the board are personal friends with the CEO, cannot provide an objective opinion

      Great culture! Great co-workers. Integro bank cares about employees and building a great team and culture. Benefits are great! I really enjoy working here!

      Flexible Hours, ground floor opportunities, management support, meets for personal and financial goals. Marketing department is on fire.
