      Toxic place to avoid - HR Manager Integrity360 Employee Review

      Pros

      Salary paid on time. Full Remote work allowed

      Cons

      No policies and standards in place and no willing to create them as all is discussed ad hoc as an exception based on the euphoria of the moment. Unprofessional treatment of employees, always trying to find turnaround to the labor law to get economical advantages. Top managers are not managing people and they can not take any small decision if not coming directly from the direction. The environment and culture are very bad, people talk at other people's back to survive. Roles are not respected and people are never trusted.

      Pros

      It was a job. Made some good friends. Worked with some very smart people.

      Cons

      Not a security company. It's a sales company. Sell first, worry about it later. Supporting the product? Didn't consider that. Lie to everyone shall be the whole of the law. Would make their own mothers redundant if they thought they weren't making enough money for the company. No loyalty to their staff. Not enough training. More likely to push a ten year old illegal copy of training material on you than pay for new training. Over all, not seen well in the actual Irish security community. All the super fun Friday's in the world won't you make feel better about your job. The image of the company comes first. Dress to impress, don't work to impress. Every employee is a sales person.
