      Pros

      The people: management is supportive and approachable, most colleagues are very cooperative and willing to help whenever possible, and you'll meet some of the most talented and committed individuals. The company takes care of their employees, also there were many social events and gatherings that made people know one another and made lots of friends. The company culture balances hard work, high commitment towards the customers, and social life of its employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is high workload, but that always gets compensated.

      Pros

      It was a job. Made some good friends. Worked with some very smart people.

      Cons

      Not a security company. It's a sales company. Sell first, worry about it later. Supporting the product? Didn't consider that. Lie to everyone shall be the whole of the law. Would make their own mothers redundant if they thought they weren't making enough money for the company. No loyalty to their staff. Not enough training. More likely to push a ten year old illegal copy of training material on you than pay for new training. Over all, not seen well in the actual Irish security community. All the super fun Friday's in the world won't you make feel better about your job. The image of the company comes first. Dress to impress, don't work to impress. Every employee is a sales person.
