Great coworkers. Management is understandable and fair.

Sometimes too much work and overtime, but it was discussed during the hiring process.

The position I currently have is one that perhaps some people would mock or look down upon those that work it. But every employee/owner/manager I have encountered have all been so welcoming and kind. And I have never been made to feel that the job I do is any less than any of the jobs on site. I find my coworkers going out of their way to show kindness. For example: on my second morning, a driver I had not even met yet brought me a hot chocolate and muffin. Another employee lent me a tool that really helps with aspects of my job, and said I could use it any time I needed. Others just come say hi, and make jokes or wave. But It goes to show that the culture within this company is one that supports and includes all people. My boss is the kind of boss that makes me want to work hard, He seems to have an encouraging word at just the right moment. He has been flexible with my schedule and is giving me the opportunity to help out in other areas. I get the feeling that there could be the possibility of career growth within this company, which is exciting. Also, I’ve noticed quite a high amount of women in all sorts of different positions (pipe fitters, drivers, management, Laborers). I’m so grateful for this work placement. It makes going to work really easy!!

It’s so windy sometimes!! But that’s isn’t the companies fault.
