      Pros

      Good people that treat you well. Give and get respect. People that listen and want the best for the company, people, and clients. 100% company paid medical insurance!! Who has that anymore? 401k matching.

      Cons

      Have to do some travel. Location depends on your location. Have to share your hotel room with one other of same sex but at least the company pays for nice hotels and doesn't come out of per diem.
