      It gives me options to work part time until I find a job that is within my skill set.

      Current Staff is often inexperienced and unsure of general HR policy and guidelines. Creates disorganization, confusion and uncertainty with employees who are looking to them for answers.

      They always have overtime available so you can make great extra money.

      Cons

      Your on the phones all day long and you have to deal with many irate customers. It is a call center, so its the job.
