I look forward to coming to work everyday because there is purpose in the work I do in HR and what this company stand for. I believe in this company mission and goals. Our licensed counselors provide excellent mental health service to our clients enhancing their well being. The administrative staff which I am privileged to be a part clearly demonstrate professionalism in the work they are doing and it has positive impact on our clients well being. The afternoon meetings are the best, you get to unwind as you talk about your day before you leave, and enjoy great interaction with everyone, but it goes beyond that, it shows that the staff mental health well being is very important to our CEO and this is the best form of destressing, that is enjoyable and fun and enhance work life balance.
