Staff is hit or miss. Some very professional and others don't seem to be invested into their jobs and employees they manage.

Working with developmental disability people, and having a blast when your working and not hating your job or where you are working.. Great money, Great people , fun and easy going job.... There is always people around when you need help or calling on call if you need anything...

dealing with some Attitudes can be hard at times but there is always is a light at the end of the night or day
