Ease of commute: IntegrityM is located in the Kingstowne office/retail complex which has easy access from and to I-95. A free shuttle runs between the Springfield-Franconia Metro station and the Kingstowne complex. Collegial working environment: IntegrityM’s staff of predominantly young and highly educated analysts and statisticians worked well with the cadre of older audit and policy specialists (many former Federal executives and managers from DHHS) due to IntegrityM management’s efforts to ensure all team members had the opportunity to have input to the design, development and implementation of IntegrityM products. Employee support: During my tenure at IntegrityM a member of my family experienced a health crisis that required me to work remotely for several stretches lasting several weeks. IntegrityM management was always very supportive of my situation. I know of several other staff members that enjoyed similar management flexibility and support when they required it. IntegrityM’s management was always concerned with employee morale and ensuring a safe and harassment free working environment. Challenge and variety of work assignments: During my nearly ten years with IntegrityM I got the opportunity to work on on a wide array of assignments that (even though I had 30+ years of experience as a technical manager) I found challenging. I was even able (and encouraged to do so by IntegrityM management) to acquire expertise in an area that my prior Federal had not provided. Opportunities for advancement: l was recruited by IntegrityM as a temporary, part time consultant. I left the organization as the Senior Vice President for Security and Project Planning. I witnessed other employees, work there way up from junior analysts to project leaders, managers and beyond. A majority of IntegrityM executive management have spent most of their careers with the organization.
