      I was especially pleased at helping staff and students feel better equipped for what ever life throws at them.

      Cons

      It was a high stress job when kids were trying to hurt themselves and needed to be restrained in prevention.

      Pros

      Staff really cares about gelping people. They do their best to keep each other's spirits up. Formed a close bond with my coworkers. CEO is a gem who shows top-down commitment to the mission.

      Cons

      The clientele can be difficult. Burnout is common.
