Management always acting blind - Consultant Integrity HR Employee Review

In every weekly consulting meeting, we have a specific agenda item for "shout out's" for team members. I'm so excited for this part of the agenda, where team members and leaders recognize the great work of our folks who are "boots on the ground" helping provide "Great HR" for our clients. Last year alone, we saw several promotions of our team members, even in a crazy year like 2020. We strive to provide continual learning for each member of the team - including annual developmental planning and $$ behind it to support these efforts.
