5yWe take comments like this very seriously...and we're sad that we didn't hear about this when you were with us. We have solid retention levels on our team (my executive assistant was hired as we re-started the company in 2019, and I hope will be here for a very long time) and provide career paths, goals and job descriptions to help our newer team members become more acclimated to being a consultant. We also encourage all team members to bring concerns to their manager as well as any member of leadership - being able to address concerns quickly and reach resolution is important to us. We also have specific fundamentals as an organization - our team members need to "own" their own work life balance - knowing and communicating boundaries for when needing to take a break to "refresh and recharge". We want all our team members to be stewards of our most valuable resource - our team! Best wishes, Amy
