      This is a good job for people who are willing to legitimately grind all day every day 24/7. You can make a lot of money here.

      Cons

      It’s important to fully understand pay structure. Understand about seat costs and draws. This is something I did not know coming it to the job. This is essentially a 100% commission role.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
