      There are so many pros to working at IEL! From the amazing leadership, team oriented/ engaging environment and more. I have been with IEL for a year, in my short time here, I have been able to grow and expand my knowledge and experience as a recruiter.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
