Set Up For Failure - Freight Broker Integrity Express Logistics Employee Review

Pros

Decent management and no micromanaging

Cons

- High turnover -Not enough business to go around (all decent prospects are claimed as the company has gotten big, you’ll be fighting for scraps) -Overly saturated industry (these businesses get 20 calls from other logistics companies before lunch rolls around) - Trucking and logistics culture is “rough around the edges” - Low job stability (turn and burn) -The logistics industry is in a very rough spot and shows no signs of improving anytime soon

Pros

Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

Cons

It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
