      Open and freedom to train and develope are your own pace. Have to be self taught and inquisitive in sales

      Cons

      Just given resources and taught for a bit and expected to exceed with a limited time frame from coordinating other accounts while having to build your own book of business

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
