If you didn't come in early, work late, skip your lunch, and work weekends management would make veiled threats about creating a mandatory overtime policy. You may even get looked at sideways if you went to the bathroom one too many times or spent too long in there. Management is very gossipy. It is a frat house like atmosphere. If you are a woman who is attractive, expect to be sexually harassed. I almost switched careers because this was my first corporate job and I thought that every place was like IEL. And I put up with all of this just to get a paycheck making less than minimum wage after health insurance premiums were taken out of my check.
