      Pros

      Its a total sales job where the opportunities are endless. There is no saturation of business within the office and I get paid some of the highest commissions in the industry. Management handles everyone on an individual basis but expects results.

      Cons

      Its a sales job, so its not a walk in the park. You have to work hard. You have to stay upbeat and positive in a competitive industry.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
