Pros

There are so many pros to working at Integrity Express Logistics that its almost impossible to list them all. The work environment is the best I have ever been a part of. IEL has created a culture where every single employee, no matter the position, is helpful and caring. Everyone is positive and we strive to help each other grow regardless of what our goals are. The management style here is amazing. Its like IEL are the Lakers and at our disposal are a bunch of Phil Jacksons (managers). We are given the keys to the staple center and told "go be Kobe" Managers give us every single tool we need to be successful, hold us accountable but at the same time don't micromanage and allow us to express our individual personalities. IEL recognizes its employees and makes sure to show us appreciation by organizing fun events outside the office. Lastly, The money. Every sales job I ever had has never compensated me the way IEL has. Everyone has an equal chance at making a killing here. Hard work has never paid off the way it has at IEL. this job is changing my life. I plan on making this my last job.

Cons

Besides no longer being able to use personalized email signatures I really don't have any cons.

Pros

The lights were on, horrible energy though.

Cons

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
