Pros

Staff is extremely friendly and open.

Cons

They give you information and a script to read but almost everything on it is wrong. You go in with the idea that we are trying to help people but everyone tells you the information is wrong. It feels like you are scamming people without knowing it.

Pros

Is a good place for people who need second chances. I would say this is a judge free work environment and you meet people from all walks of life. You really see people change their lives at this company. There is room for advancement in certain departments.

Cons

I would say that there is a lot of pressure to perform even when things are slow.

Pros

Integrity Energy has developed a highly effective framework for recruiting, coaching, and developing employees into successful sales professionals. While a sales career is not the right fit for everyone, individuals who join the organization with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are given the tools and support necessary to succeed. The company offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement, with numerous examples of employees who have built rewarding and financially successful careers through their efforts. For those who are coachable, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement, Integrity provides a clear path for upward mobility and long-term success.

Cons

Integrity Energy is a performance-driven organization that places a strong emphasis on accountability, continuous improvement, and results. While this creates significant opportunities for growth and advancement, it may not be the ideal fit for individuals seeking a role with limited accountability or a slower pace.
