      Pros

      Employers who are actually appreciative of your work, the base pays are higher than similar jobs at other companies & bonus targets are easy to hit. It's a fun group & you get to actually see the work they do for their customers and know you are promoting something good. Events are super flexible so I can actually keep my social life going.

      Cons

      In events, the weather can be a factor but that's not the employer's fault & you just have to make the best of any situation.

      Having weekends off is nice

      Melvin will lie to you. He'll lie to you about everything, then make up a reason to get rid of you. He lied right to my face. It's all based on if they actually like you or not. Training is a joke, and they'll expect you to go out there and do it with only a couple hours of training. They really can't keep employees, and that should speak volumes. As of today, 5/16/25, they only have two canvasing and an entire office is inaccessible because there is no body there. Not to mention the pay is bad.
