Pros

Integrity Advocate is a company with a genuinely committed team. It was the first workplace I’ve been part of where nearly everyone from leadership to individual contributors seemed deeply invested in the company’s mission and long-term success. That level of shared purpose created a strong sense of camaraderie and made day-to-day work more meaningful.

Cons

While my overall experience was positive, I did notice some tendencies toward micromanagement. More importantly, the company frequently used employees’ photos, names, and likenesses in public marketing materials especially on LinkedIn without obtaining clear, explicit consent. This made several of us uncomfortable, particularly because it wasn’t something we agreed to in our employment contracts. Pros

My experience at Integrity Advocate has been positive. It’s a lean team of about 20 passionate people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to move the company forward. The culture is trusting and supportive, people jump in to help each other; and the tech is evolving quickly to stay ahead of the changes in the market. Clients are engaged and happy, which makes the work rewarding. We’re filling a real gap, and contributing to that is especially fulfilling.

Cons

The company has been around for a while, but has been through many changes; the current team is relatively new. Some legacy processes need to be redefined and cleaned up. Change is ongoing, which can feel fast-paced if you prefer very established companies.
