Pros

There are zero pros to working at this company. You can't get a straight non-political answer to any question. If you try to ask someone a question above your current supervisor you are scolded and told to ask your supervisor...even if you did so first. What kind of company doesn't want to hear from their employees.

Cons

The company keeps changing direction or objectives and leaves the employee with zero direction on how to handle the new "ideas." Be ready to get contacted while your on vacation and be expected to answer the phone because you are a salaried employee.

Pros

Lots of job openings, so they hire constantly. You stand a chance at getting in with this company if you are desperately looking for work. And it's almost all remote work which is a nice draw. They also have a good benefits package, if you can stay employed long enough to use it!

Cons

There's lots of job openings because people leave a lot & there's lots of layoffs! If you need work for a short time this will do but don't get too comfy, because you likely won't be with them for long. Anyone who has tenure has brought that in from a legacy company that was acquired by Integris, not from actual time worked with Integris. They heavily preach how they care about their people, but honestly, they don't value people, experience, or actual talent. Their main focus is on making investors happy at any cost. Cheap labor, and people who are willing to just work in pure chaos! People openly talk so poorly about every single department lead, manager, etc., the daily collective venting is so unhealthy. There are far too many things that aren't done well, both internally with staff and externally with clients, it's hard to imagine this business having long term success. I do hope for the sake of some of the good folks that are still there, that I'm wrong.
