Pros
The top reason to work at Integrishield is the people. Everyone there is super friendly and you will feel like it is an extension from home. It is also a great place to start to understand the professional dynamics of the workplace. There are consistent tasks that need to be worked on, sometimes it is hard to find time to relax and gather your thoughts but, the days fly by and you feel like you've achieved a lot.
Cons
Messages between management and the lower levels can be lost in translation sometimes. But once the message is clear the workflow returns to normal. Most of the time you have full days of non-stop client communication or daily tasks that you need to get done.
