The work environment is terrible. Management will never help you; instead, they will make sure to ruin your life. Managers have absolutely zero managerial skills. There is no appreciation even after working hard beyond your shift. You can do a hundred good things, but one small mistake and everyone jumps on you. Even if you are sick, they will still tell you to come to work. Let’s talk about the notice period. During the notice period, even if you take one day of leave for a valid health reason, and even if you have CL or comp-off available, they will harass you by saying they will extend your notice period.
