Lack of communication regarding duration of work

Integrative Staffing is a great company to work for. I love my job and I actually get excited to come to work. I work at my own pace, and I'm never micro-managed. I'm completely in charge of my own work and what I do for the day. I get positive reinforcement from management when I'm doing well, and I even received a raise after less than six months for my progress and hard work. I get to talk to people all day and help them find employment and also help companies find great employees. It's a great way to make connections, and I never work past 5 pm. The management team and the owner are very kind and encouraging, anytime I have a question they are there to help me. Communication between all of the branches is very smooth. It's a real team environment and my work gives me purpose.

The only thing I can think of that I don't love about this job is that the bonus structure is difficult to achieve if you don't have a lot of job orders at your branch. However, this does provide an incentive to help place employees for other branches and encourages teamwork.
