Pros

Rapidly growing company with tremendous internal growth opprotunities that create upward mobility for all employees. Remote work available. Self-management is encouraged and supported. Customer service orientated and intrinsicly rewarding to see clients success and patients quality of life improve. Regulary engages in corproate charitable giving, and particulary supports combat wounded Veteran's groups. Offers competative pay and generous benefits including 401(k) and employer sponsored health insurance.

Cons

Upper management is not directly involved in the daily operations of each staff member, so you need to be able to organize and direct yourself. Remote staff is spread across many states and territories which leads to delays in feedback to questions and limited support availability from time to time. The business model is dependant upon federally funded health plans such as Medicare and Medicaid, so government regulatory changes can impact our workload and scope of work.

Pros

The hours are flexible, great benefits, and the team of people are outstanding. Every department works well together and it makes for a collaborative environment. It doesn't matter if you're an assistant or C-level, everyone is encouraged to give input and great ideas are recognized openly.

Cons

Working remotely has more benefits than cons, but the hardest things are probably typical of most remote companies one of which is making sure everyone is working towards the same goals. You have to be very self-directed, motivated, and detail oriented. This can be challenging when you're not all in the same area like a "normal" workplace.
