Pros

Worst. Company. Ever.

Cons

Shady business practices, including several pay periods where they could not electronically deposit funds on time so they sent paper checks instead. They did not notify me in advance of these changes, but called two days after checks were mailed, and after they should have been deposited electronically. They sent a large packet with several forms to sign, demanded by the company to which I was contracted. I filled out everything to a T, and worked for seven months. After giving my two week notice, they called to say they had audited my paperwork and found missing forms and that I would need to send them in (during my last week on the job). I refused. On my second to last paycheck, which should have been for nearly a thousand dollars, they deposited 120.03. They still have not responded to me via email and nobody in any office, Illinois or New Jersey, will answer the phone or return a call from my voicemail messages. I am due one more paycheck this coming Friday, and expect to either not get paid, or have some unusual reduction again. They emailed me last Friday asking for my time sheets to be submitted, despite the fact that they'd already been approved by my manager and she had submitted them. When I mentioned that, they said "oh...we see that now." They have been unresponsive, incredibly ignorant, either uninformed or, worse, hassling over things they should have already known. They charged me 50% of a check stopping fee charged to them when I demanded that they pay me on direct deposit as I'd agreed to, rather than sending the check in the mail. That check never came, by the way. So it probably was not in the mail and they just charged me for holding them to the payment agreement we had. I could go on about senseless phone calls and emails asking things they already had or knew. It's the worst company with which I've ever done business, and I'm filing a complaint against them with the New Jersey Labor Board and Attorney General. I cannot recommend highly enough that you avoid them. It's fairly obvious from the previous reviews that actually being employed as staff with them is no picnic, either. I should also mention that they paid me $18/hr to be a SQL specialist for a multi-national corporation. If I'd not been in the process of leaving one city to move across the country and had the provision to work from home once I moved, I'd have never accepted this ridiculous pay level for my skills. It took me 2 weeks to find a job once my contract expired at 80% more pay. My guess is that they take more than most contract firms as their percentage.

Pros

Don’t micro manage. Like frequent check ins

Cons

Don’t review end of contracts on time. You should be able to go from one contract to the next. They don’t have a clue
