Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Open to working from home, which is important to me. I felt I was fairly compensated for my work. I met with the President, who was very open to helping me learn how to get more contract work with other companies, and giving me recommendations.

Wading through Govt. requirements is tedious work. Not really a "Con", but I just wasn't used to that type of work. My direct supervisor was very helpful.
