good benefits. health, dental, and vision, plus paid time off good pay, well above minimum wage ISN is more conscious of safety than the previous owner of the warehouse most co-workers are friendly and amicable

ridiculous amount of overtime. at one point they had us doing 11-hour minimum shifts for a month straight. employees frequently get screwed over for the sake of saving a few bucks employees who have worked at the company for years get paid only $1/hr more than brand new employees virtually no management. there are 3 supervisors and a manager at my warehouse, but nothing seems to actually be managed. the manager himself spends about 5 minutes a day actually mingling with employees and watching us work
