Pros

There are some really amazing people here. But many are drama starters and will throw you under the bus!

Cons

Lack of management directives, department leads will throw fits and slam doors and call their teams ‘worthless’ and ‘incompetent’, nepotism is strong here.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at ISP. We value your input and are always looking at ways to improve, especially if that’s from a leadership perspective. Management is constantly striving to communicate the company’s vision and department goals as often as needed, whether through department meetings or during our regular 1x1s. It may not always be perfect, but it’s always a goal of the Senior Leadership Team to communicate authentically and professionally. As you said, ISP has amazing people and we take great pride in our company culture. After all, these partners are what makes ISP so great. Thank you again for sharing your opinions.

Pros

75% of the employees have very high tenures with 10+ years at the company, this says a lot about a company and how they take care of their employees. They are all very experienced in their fields and will help you every step of the way if you are a new employee. Leadership will also listen to your input and consider feedback and recommendations even from the bottom tier.

Cons

At times they are slow to make decisions but once they do they are 100% all on board.

Pros

I'm disappointed to see a negative review about ISP as it sounds like it came from a disgruntled employee. Upper management truly cares about the company's employees, actively engages with them daily and earnestly values what they have to offer the company, no matter what the position. There are great benefits, such as PTO, a 401(k) program, company-sponsored health and life insurance options, as well as regular lunches, birthday celebrations and company events. Sometimes it's the small things that go a long way! Management also does a great job with the work/life balance. Sure there are deadlines and projects, but I've never had a problem running a personal errand or tweaking my schedule to find the balance. Management sees the value in a healthy, positive and engaged employee.

Cons

Sometimes decisions take time to be made, but it's because upper management invests the time to make calculated moves. I wish they could be faster, but understand their deliberate perspective.
