I've been at IRIS CRM less than a year and I wish I would've been working here a lot sooner in my career.
First, I love the people that I work with daily!!! You get to work with people who are awesome, hard-working, friendly, and who have a common goal to make IRIS the BEST software out there! What you will find at IRIS is a true team environment starting from the leadership team and then trickling down to all the departments. The company values its employees just as much as it values its products and that is why I love working here. The roles and responsibilities of individual team members are meant to evolve and grow in tandem with the business.
Second, you have a great leader in Dimitri Akhrin. He has a great vision, lots of integrity, and is a great communicator and that is just naming a few of the many qualities that make him a great leader. He cares a lot about the people that work for him at IRIS which is what makes working here even that more special since you don't see that happening in other companies.
Lastly, beyond providing an upbeat workplace where people work hard, have fun, and genuinely care about one another, IRIS is a company where people can develop their careers. IRIS creates opportunities for growth and collaboration across department lines. They also encourage you to share ideas and give opinions which are key in the company being so successful.
I would recommend you join our team after reading this because you won't regret it. I know I haven't!
