Pros
The team I’ve worked with over the past year and a half has been amazing and is honestly what keeps me motivated. There’s a strong sense of support among coworkers, and it makes a big difference day-to-day. I also enjoy the variety of work I’m able to do, which keeps things engaging and prevents the role from feeling repetitive.
My current manager has been a standout—he genuinely prioritizes his team, advocates for us, and leads with respect. Having strong direct leadership has made my experience significantly better.
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience with broader leadership has been inconsistent at times. There have been situations where communication and handling of concerns could have been more transparent and supportive, which created unnecessary stress.
Additionally, I’ve observed unprofessional and inappropriate comments in general conversations from both employees and leadership. These types of remarks can create an uncomfortable work environment and raise concerns about the company’s culture and standards.
There have also been changes to workplace flexibility that have impacted employees’ day-to-day routines. Reduced flexibility has made it more challenging for some team members to balance responsibilities outside of work.
