Pros
The company makes tremendous and consistent efforts to cultivate a collaborative, non-toxic and ethical culture. This includes hiring people with a good cultural fit. No back-stabbers here. I have been in moderately toxic environments in the past, so I can see the stark difference. The people are great to work with, I trust the people around me and I feel safe to be open with concerns and issues. The work is stimulating and allows me to learn from many different client scenarios - business models, industries, problems to be solved, etc. Finally, despite some other reviews calling out a conservative culture, I am enjoying working in a hybrid model. This allows me to be more productive and less stressed out from commuting.
Cons
Some of the directors and peers are overly intense about the minor details of the business. This is a minor annoyance, for the most part, but an annoyance that I can do without. In other words, people could do a better job thinking about what important conversations are really needed and how much detail is required to support that conversation. If it's small stuff, move onto something more strategic or actionable. Otherwise, it starts to feel like an issue that the employee caused. If giving constructive feedback, then do that explicitly. No other cons come to mind.
