Pros
It’s a great company. They pride themselves on their work ethic and how they get things done. . I enjoyed being there during Christmas, management says a little something about each employee in their team. I thought that was very sweet and I definitely respect how they do that for everyone. The job is a great entry level job, there’s always an opportunity to grow with the company.
Cons
I didn’t enjoy management being stuck in their old ways. Everything had to be done this way, and they didn’t like any change. Even if the change could expedite, or make things easier. Management seemed to be in some people’s business which did not have any of their concern. I didn’t like the lack of respect most times. Some people talked down to me way too much. Sometimes it was actually good advice but the tone and the way presented was just rude. Overall; they maybe professional to their clients but some people don’t treat their colleagues with the same respect. Admin assistant positions are great, but there’s not much room for growth at the company. New positions openings are very rare, they’re always looking for an admin but it’s hard to move up. You could be stuck in admin position for awhile till someone quits or retires.
