      Pros

      For a corporation, this is a very good company to work for. Most repair companies require good skilled and technical people and are valued as employees, IPS is no exception. IPS values their employees by promoting a good culture and safe environment to work. There are so many learning opportunities that can advance your career within the organization. My experience with working at other corporations, IPS is a great place to be employed.

      Cons

      Like all corporations, it is sometimes hard to get certain projects/ requests done in a timely manner.

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable technicians, everyone gets along. The benefits weren't bad, as well as the pay. Lots of work in house.

      Cons

      Very sneaky management. Will fire you for no reason or cause. Had to make up things to let you go. Believe i was let go because of cost reductions. Company more worried about their margins than the people you make them the money. They expanded to quickly and are firing people for no reason. Bad results.
