Pros
They walk the walk when it comes to how they treat their employees instead of just talking about it. They live and work by their four core values on a daily basis. Everyone is genuinely nice, which sounds so simple, but is astounding on what an impact it has. It’s apparent that they care about you as an individual along with your wellbeing, which trickles down all the way from the top. I received plenty of support from different levels of management in terms of being able to be successful in my job and also to help me grow personally too. The company is employee owned and with that comes a certain amount of pride in each person’s ownership of their responsibilities in their job and also to each other.
Cons
No company is perfect, but they come pretty close and are aware of the areas they need to grow and improve on. If you have an issue with Christian principals being integrated within the company though, this might not be your choice of tea. They are very forthcoming about their values all the way through the interview process though so it should be a surprise to anyone.
