Pros
good opportunity to grow with the company. Small-medium sized company. Managers and Principals are very supportive.
Cons
It's a sale job and unlike other products out there, copiers, software, document management solutions are very expensive and require time to sell. It is an "emotional" type of sale where people buy because they like you. It requires time to build reports while you are going on your own money. Sure, they pay a base but it is insufficient to cover your rent, food or gas expenses. You are using your own car and do 3,000 miles/month an average which results in more expenses from your side.
