      Pros

      The work atmosphere was laid back. The location of the job is in a beautiful area with vineyards surrounding the town of Livermore. The people were nice.

      Cons

      Management pushing work through then knowing that problems will arise further down the line. When asking question that could not be answered was told to not worry about it.
