Cons
President is a micro manager who takes advantage of his employees and cares only about his mediocre revenue stream. Business is run like it is still the 1950s, no work from home options and you're expected to kiss every customer's butt, which whom you will be on the phone with for 6 plus hours a day hearing them complain. Pay is a joke for the amount of work you're expected to do. Senior staff members are employees who have been there for fifteen plus years, everyone else quits after less than a few years. The company sells their platform on antiquated software and hardware. Who still uses a dot-matrix printer? Staying late on a frequent basis is something that is the norm at this company, while you get no praise or recognition for this. Taking your vacation time is looked down upon and you're often times bothered on your vacation anyway.
