I worked at IFT solutions for 3 years. In my three years with their organization I changed titles 3 times - moving up with responsibilities accordingly . Compensation was always a topic of animosity but from my experience your time and effort will not be paid out accordingly. I was drastically underpaid for the time/travel/effort provided building up their portfolio that is now the business' most successful venture. My thought was that this effort would go noticed and pay off in the long-run.
Upon giving my 2 weeks notice - I never received a single call from HR or management and was asked by my manager via email to bring my equipment immediately. No exit-interview, no conversation about where things went astray, just silence.
This was quite an eye-opener as I was apart of this portfolio since it's launch - I assumed there could be some constructive and productive feedback that I could provide to management/HR to use accordingly.
