Cons
Only management is believed. Even when a whole team disappears. It is seem to be the team. Management talks negative about clients, will track locations of off-duty workers, will tell you to do something then turn around and state she never said that, got two great workers fired, gossips about workers to new workers/other personnel, leave work to take care of dogs and drive children (not work associated) around on the clock during company hours and use to use the gas card for personal usage, informed me of ignoring staff that and fabricating to get fired and turned around and had her friend ready for the position as if it was a set up, talk bad about other managers and tell staff things about the founder that we are not suppose to "share". They will blame the short staff and lack of pay is due to the owner due to such dream he had when COVID occurred.
