Pros
They really do believe in the product and are the best at what they do. Casual work environment, the "regular" employees are all pretty awesome. Decent work/file balance.
Cons
Since they brought in new upper management the communication is horrible and the departments are more silo'ed. It's all bottom line all the time, so they're making cuts that can effect the workers ability to do their jobs.
