      It is a great, low stress job, ideal for fresh graduates. Oportunities for learning. Easy going atmosphere. People are fired very rarely. Guaranteed raise every year, if you meet basic targets

      Cons

      Not a lot opportunities for advamcement. They have been slowly cutting benefits lately.
