      The list of benefits is longer than most company's.

      Cons

      If there is a disqualifying factor in your screening process, for example the drug screening, they do not specify what has disqualified you from the position. The onboarding process was so long and drawn out that five months after applying for the position, I find out that I do not meet the company's standard.
